  • I have 17 years working experience as a researcher, with the emphasis of my work on conducting research trials on different soil, crops, fertilizers and farming systems with Ministry of Agriculture (MoA) in various positions and research units. Recently, I was based at Sigatoka Research Station as Senior Research Officer Horticulture, Vegetables, and leading Vegetable & Cereal research.

    In the above role I am required to deal with MOA staffs, farmers and stakeholders regarding the following:

    Research and development and launching of new technologies on vegetable production.

    Advise the farmers in relation to the improved vegetable production and seed production.

    Solving various farming problems in vegetable production for the farmers needs in terms of farming systems.

    Develop a strategic development plan on vegetable and seed production.
