How to submit your PASS-CR application

Applications for the 2023 PASS-CR Scholarship Program
will close on Wednesday 19 October - 5pm FJT.

Please see the video and guide below for instructions
on how to complete and submit your application.

Step 1: Create & Upload File One - personal details

Collate the following documents into a single file:

  • Completed Application form

  • Academic Transcript/s

  • Academic Certificate/s

  • 2 Referees letters of support

  • Curriculum vitae

  • Birth Certificate

Name File One using the following format:

PASS2023Application_your name_University_program.pdf

For example: PASS2023Application_LindaWess_USP_PhD.pdf

Step 2: Name & Upload File Two - project details

Save your signed Research Intent as a single file, using the following name format:

PASS2023Researchintent_your name_University_Program.pdf​

For example: PASS2023Researchintent_LindaWess_USP_PhD.pdf

Please note: the Research Intent must include the signatures of the relevant USP or FNU Supervisor and ACIAR Co-Supervisor, to confirm their support for the application.

Step 3: Submit the Application
